Why am I posting about a book that is not yet published?
I just reread a chapter and it brought me to tears, good healing tears.
Absinthe and Alchemy, seeking representation.

This extract from Henri Gerbault’s “La Faunesse qui a ete visiter l’Exposition” showing the doting grandmother and the child is so heart warming I had to include something similar in my novel, Absinthe and Alchemy, seeking representation.

A reflection of my hands as I reflect on the view of Post Office Square, Boston.

This was an interesting interview. Turns out there is more about me than good books and bad puns. Hard to imagine, but still.

I don't remember when I encountered Henri Gerbault's "La Faunesse qui a ete visiter l'Exposition" for the first time, but this remarkable work of art inspired my approach to Absinthe and Alchemy. The novel is now complete at 93,000 words and I'm seeking representation in the query trenches.

Maya Williams ran a workshop on writing poetry regarding grief yesterday. I treasure these workshops, run by @masspoetry. Each time I attend, my skill at writing poetry expands.

Thank you Maya.

I am glad some friends dropped by to take a small repast as they look for unicorns.

Though I know this is the start of a scam, I do want to respond with damn right I am and proud of it!

All of my beta readers and the editor I've hired for Absinthe and Alchemy have given me great feedback. Perhaps the most encouraging was hearing from one beta reader yesterday that she wanted more and encouraged a longer novel & a sequel. Cool. I'm in the query trenches, with hope.

I am not a fan of using the f word as a swear

done right, f*ing is one of the delights of living

I think too many forget to strive to live so that f*ing is a delight for all involved

I'm not afraid to write books like Johnny Talon and the Goddess of Love & War

Its a f*ing book! Deliberately

Some one thought my never ending search for a unicorn was a gag.

I know it looks like the steps lead to a portal, but I can assure you there are no unicorns on the other side.
