I think if we keep claiming this as instability or dementia we keep suspending disbelief. He just does not give a fck and that's that.
The President of the United States put up an AI-generated video of himself defectating, supposedly on the heads of fellow Americans. Is it perhaps time for major media to ask whether someone who acts this way is suffering mental instability or dementia?
