I had mistakenly once said that Trump was gaining control by suppressing the media. I was quickly corrected and advised that it's not suppressing the media, but controlling the content and shaping the message that gives him power and acceptance. I now understand the difference and stand corrected.

I don’t doubt this about paying our military, but for those who scream “fake news!” at me if I tell them, where do I get it fact checked? (I’m in Oklahoma & surrounded by people who think Trump is practically God, yet hated the immorality of Clinton. Hmmph.)
