Senate Republicans added a provision to their spending bill that pays millions to 8 GOP Senators because they were investigated for involvement in Jan. 6, all while they cut healthcare funding for veterans exposed to toxins.

Their priorities are clear.

Republicans broke a promise to lower costs and now will vote to raise millions of Americans’ healthcare prices.

House Democrats will oppose this painful spending bill and never give up our fight to make life less expensive for families, seniors and veterans.

It's 11:30pm, and I just came from the Rules Committee where I submitted an amendment to the GOP budget to restore medical care funding for veterans exposed to toxic substances.

It's Veterans Day. Passing this amendment is the best way to show we care about America's heroes.

The Senate proposal will not solve the healthcare mess Donald Trump and Republicans created for American families. Costs will soar. Basic healthcare and access to doctors will be pushed out of reach for millions.

House Democrats won't stop fighting to make life less expensive.

So proud to join Posnack JCC and AJC for their annual antisemitism summit!

It's so important to come together to learn about the tools that we have to combat antisemitism and hate, and work across communities to better understand one another.

Republicans shut the government down because they refuse to take any steps to make healthcare more affordable.

They need to come to the table to negotiate an end to the healthcare coverage crisis they caused.

So glad to join Parkinson's Foundation’s Moving Day!

As healthcare and health research come under attack, I’ll always fund projects that tackle it and support those who need it.

While you slept one night this summer, Republicans made the deepest cuts to food assistance in US history.

Now, they're using the shutdown as an excuse to keep food off the tables of American families. This Republican cruelty is unacceptable.

Trump builds gilded ballrooms, cuts taxes for billionaires, and bails out foreign countries.

All while he takes food from children and seniors, snatches healthcare from millions, and raises costs on all of us. I'm working to end this affordability crisis.

Corrupt deals to fund a dictator with oil money.

Deporting legal immigrants to a narco-terrorist regime.

Killing people with no evidence, and doing nothing to combat real drug traffickers.

Trump is an ineffective hypocrite when it comes to Venezuela.

We must fight to invest in cancer research and affordable healthcare. It saves lives, and allows people to live with dignity.

I proudly joined the LUNGevity Foundation today to share that message and mark Lung Cancer Awareness Month.

House Democrats are here in DC, ready to negotiate a bipartisan deal to reopen the government and lower your living costs.

Yet Trump keeps food from American families, and House Republicans remain AWOL. I’m working to end this GOP healthcare and hunger crisis.

SNAP makes a real difference for our friends and neighbors who need help putting food on the table.

I just lifted up these anxious voices to push Trump to release all emergency nutrition funding so that 3 million Florida kids, seniors and veterans don't go hungry.

Millions of Floridians count on SNAP to feed their families.

Trump needs to stop playing political games, and release the full benefits for our kids, seniors and veterans now.
