I served on the BAC in DC. I think the amount we got done as a ratio of work put in was very low. And in Arlington they're gutting their BAC and PAC. I'd begrudge no one for resigning.

Columbia Puke got/is getting new, pedestrian- friendly sidewalks between Jefferson and Washington Blvd. Still I’d either ride in the street or the adjacent bike boulevards.
