Uh, music peeps -- can anyone help me out with what the "1/2 CIV", "CIV", "CII", "5/6 CII" and "2/3 CII" notations refer to in the attached score? Is this some way of describing chord inversions or something like that? Any help appreciated...never seen this before...

Currently attempting a door hanging repair using little bits of dowel, glue and a lot of hopefulness. So far, only one trip to the hardware store, but the door ain't back up yet. The #DadEnergy is strong because I have young Skywalker assisting on this project.
