There was a webcomic in the early 2000s called Venus Envy, and I got a lot of vocabulary and concepts from it. It made sense, lots of ways to be a person. I also read the Unicorn Jelly lady's website at some point but I think even at the time that wasn't widely accepted in the trans community.

The place was called Wildrose. The vibe was family potluck, there was a whole table of potluck dishes, and we were invited to grab some food when we ordered. There were kids running around, it was nice, very chill vibes.

Much more comfortable than laying down in a peat bog for a bit.

you can periodically go lay down in the moss as a little treat though. that's just self care, very important in stressful times.

for real, on TikTok they were calling this bean soup because of the many replies to a creator showing her bean soup recipe that were basically "I don't like beans, how can I make this without beans?"

I wish there was literally any way I could conceivably get there! I've listened to What a Time to be Alive since close to day one, and Tablepop is a huge comfort show for me.

I do have RedNote but the language thing has helped keep that to a minimum. I'm also playing Fallen London.
