The judiciary is going to defang the judiciary branch? I guess Scotus set that bar and the right wing judges pile on in happy support. Ianal but holy catastrophe, can we NOW admit were in a Constitutional crisis?

I am roundly sick of these two judges. Are they planning on managing this entire proceeding? And how, for the love of God, do they keep landing Trump-related cases?

It is not! A “scrivener’s error” is for things like fixing typos or very minor non-material errors, not retroactively adding a deportation order that doesn’t current exist!
