TBH, I learned to listen to my body over the years. I run mindfully, knowing the basis of ultra training. I have been running for 19 years now and the last 5 years have been all about ultra running. I know when to push and when to rest. 12 ultras later and never injured... Here I am. 😊

Oh sorry to read that! Running in the snow and ice has become a habit over the years for me so I don't think too much about it. But I remember it was hard the first couple of winters. I am training for UTHC 125km in Charlevoix - Québec 💪🏃♀️.
