Day 36 of training for a 125 km run 🏃‍♀️. 10 km at -30°C + strength training. It doesn't feel cold anymore to run at this temperature, I am so used to it 😆. It felt like a casual run, except I had blurry vision because of the ice forming in my eyelashes 😆🥰.
