Juniper berries are coated in wild yeast ( #sourdough if ya nasty)

I picked about 60ml / quarter cup of berries from a #juniper tree. Set them in a 1/4 cup cane sugar, & 3/4 cup of warm well water.

Swap 1/2 liquid daily until #fermentation sets in
