This proves the bluster and incompetence. Trump and his minions really want to see what they can get away with. If there’s pushback they’ll gaslight and say “fake news” “media hoax”! They want to project absolute power but it is essential we are vigilant.

says the pause on all federal funding was to “ensure that all of the money going out from DC is in line with the president’s agenda.” That’s not how it works. Congress allocates spending, the Executive Branch spends the funds. Clearly violate the Impoundment Control Act of 1974.
