This is a straight-up lie - it is not how the science works - and publishing it without calling that out is journalistic malpractice.
A quote from the Quote-posted Bloomberg article: Biomass absorbs CO2, and burning it and storing the carbon makes the technology carbon negative. Using gas with carbon capture ensures no CO2 ends up in the atmosphere, but it doesn’t clean the skies.

I love op-eds like this one from Bloomberg that boil down to "Capitalism isn't working and threatens to collapse under its own contractions, but we can't possibly let the unwashed masses try out something that would work better for them!"
Whatever the prescription, it’s clear to me that ignoring the frustration workers are expressing will eventually threaten the whole economy, even if that risk can’t be easily quantified. I have worried for several years that inadequate wages will lead to growing divisions, possible social unrest and declining confidence in US institutions, including our indispensable free markets. Only half of Americans now have a positive view of capitalism, while nearly 40% have a positive view of socialism. New York City voters are poised to elect an avowed socialist as their next mayor. If sentiment and the economy continue to diverge, we should consider the possibility that the experience of many Americans is no longer meaningfully represented in hard economic data. Then set about broadening participation as if the economy depends on it. Because in the not so long run, it probably does.

Edited Headline for a New Yorker Q&A by Isaac Chotiner: A Noble, if Misguided, Vision Slug: Former Perfect of Bajor, Gul Dukat, argues for a gentler form of occupation. By the time I became Prefect, the occupation had been going on for almost forty years, but the planet still wasn't ready for full scale colonization. But no, day after day they clustered in their temples and prayed for deliverance, and night after night they planted bombs outside of our homes. Pride. Stubborn, unyielding pride. From the servant girl that cleaned my quarters to the condemned man toiling in a labor camp to the terrorist skulking through the hills of Dahkur Province. They all wore their pride like some twisted badge of honor. CHOTINER: And you hated them for it. DUKAT: Of course I hated them! I hated everything about them! Their superstitions and their cries for sympathy, their treachery and their lies, their smug superiority and their stiff necked obstinacy, their earrings and their broken wrinkled noses. CHOTINER: You should have killed them all? DUKAT: Yes! Yes! That's right, isn't it?

It's a pretty good logo... but it might be better if they drop the laurels and the weird parentheses, then round out the central arrow shape a bit. Maybe add a star shape in the middle?

From Wikipedia: The imperial boomerang is the thesis that governments that develop repressive techniques to control colonial territories will eventually deploy those same techniques domestically against their own citizens. This concept originates with Aimé Césaire in Discourse on Colonialism (1950) where it is called the terrific boomerang to explain the origins of European fascism in the first half of the 20th century. Hannah Arendt agreed with this usage, calling it the boomerang effect in The Origins of Totalitarianism (1951). According to both writers, the methods of Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party were not exceptional from a world-wide view because European colonial empires had been killing millions of people worldwide as part of the process of colonization for a very long time. Rather, they were exceptional in that they were applied to Europeans within Europe, rather than to colonized populations in the Global South. It is sometimes called Foucault's boomerang even though Michel Foucault did not originate the term.
