Well 👀 if you send your accomplishments with email permissions set to "DOI Confidential View Only", they can't save it, print it, forward it, copy it, or otherwise consume it in an AI scraping program. They are forced to read and evaluate manually. #MaliciousCompliance

We're also getting asked to provide lists of which staff have been recently hired. New hires (<1 year) are on probation status and have less employment protections. Do you see where this is going?
