Have mostly just been collecting them I haven't got around to much more then that yet tbh. I want to go through and document all the PCBs and models when I disasemble them but it hasn't happened yet

fun fact: wafrn bites are originally AP-only until I added AT support, that's because we used Iceshrimp's Bite spec, so in AP, you can see bites in Wafrn and Iceshrimp and compatible ones

These things tend to get picked up by mainstream news like techcrunch headlines. It very much gets numbers go up and that is exactly why I am criticizing it.

The fediverse trackers are not much better here the data gets reported like it's science but its not very meaningful without a lot of analysis

My point is that the raw numbers are basically vibes. They don't say much. The metrics of threads and twitter are not much better here, it should really be based and advertised on like some standard activity not just making an account.
