Yes they were giving conflicting demands. Telling her to move, and to get out of the car simultaneously. There maybe a world where the first shot can be seen as necessary but the 2nd and 3rd were murder.

Go ask any law enforcement officer why they never stand in front of a vehicle during a stop. He was also out of the vehicles path when he fired.

He put himself in that position because he’s incompetent. He stepped out of the path of the vehicle and shot through the window from the side. Then shot point blank through the side window to make sure she was dead. Cops are supposed to be responsible for every shot they take.
