I knew someone once who had to buy gluten-free toothpaste and before that I never thought about gluten being in products I’d never imagined to have it. It’s really tough on people with celiac, my issue is more of a sensitivity to it.

Actually I never read it closely because it’s made with flour but I just saw where it gives a substitute for gluten-free flour 😃

I looked at your profile and says “gluten-free baker”, I’ve had gluten issues for many years and thought it was my imagination. I got a dna test which shows I carry 1 gene for celiac disease and have a chance of developing it. I feel so much better without gluten.

The numbers actually show this. We have an unusual proportion of posters: 50% of people that log on post. That’s a bizarrely high proportion

There was a “Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth”.
I have to apologize for being from the U.S. because we are not taught anything about world history. Most can’t even name more than 3 European countries and definitely couldn’t identify European countries on a map 😆
