Fair, I’ll be curious to see how Lexington, Louisville, and Northern Kentucky fair this time next year. The golden triangle used to be Dem strong holds for a long time before the recent supermajority in the state senate.

There are a few rather blue parts of Kentucky. Not as shocking as it seems, but still shocking enough considering the ground gained.

He wasn’t right until we went down this authoritarian path. Now we’ll have to spend decades to restore any resemblance of soft power we had 10 years ago, even. We made him right, congrats America.

Russian expansion came up, as well as Russia in general. The lack of awareness was startling. Essentially, “it’s bad when Russia does it but not when everyone else does it”. No it’s bad when everyone does it. Russias just made its choice. Staunchly anti communist though….

Here I thought Fed employees were told to default to the states (we were already). So which is it?

I never would’ve thought in my entire life I’d see something like this. Just…. A few short years ago (3 I think) we were in Syria as a counter to them. Pictures of US flags quite literally standing in front of Russian troops against them. Now this.

We’re told $5 - $10. Or just don’t accept any gifts. Had to tell a very kind lady no to bug spray when I was responding to flooding in WV…. I guess not all rules apply equally.

You find Ukrainian flags all over the place. Small towns and big cities. Regardless of our president some days, Americans across the country of all sorts really do support Ukraine and cares about Ukrainians.

Not to mention Ukraine became a topic on our current culture war. But even through that, most GOP I know still support Ukraine. I don’t think may of them thought Trump would do what he did with support.

Far be it from me to say this. A lot of Americans don’t care. But there are a lot that do, and especially if we get away from social media. The problem has been is no one’s really told them why it’s our fight, and the right capitalized on it. Biden biggest failing imo. Of course we’re so partisan rn
