I think there is just an Evilness threshold where people who normally care about doing the Right Thing decide to just throw in the towel bc the company reached stupid levels of Being Terrible, so organizing clearly means nothing anymore, apparently
you just see so many people being performative when it comes to boycotts and then something like this crops up and it's fundamentally the same thing but suddenly all the excuses start coming out okayyyy bro. just stay off the soapbox going forward I guess
