Last night's Aurora was not the best I have seen, but managed to get a few long-exposure pictures. More impressive was what it was doing to low band radio propagation, like the AM broadcast band. #hamradio

Yesterday I was privileged to operate the special events station PX100IARU here at the Region 2 General Assembly in Salvador, Brazil. The most fun contact was with VY2PC back home on PEI, during a 10 Meter SSB opening. Then the crew took me and Rod Stafford W6ROD out for some lunch! #hamradio #IARU

15M is cracking today. I'm being heard in NZ and AU, and many other places as well. The Australian reception is very possibly long path, which would be over 23,000 KM. Not bad for 50W! #hamradio

Up to 25 countries in a little over 2 hours of working the ARRL 10M contest. Conditions are quite good, and my little wire is working well. 22 DX as well as Canada, the US, and Mexico.
