The compur was just gunked up and sticking, the copal however feels like some part is getting physically stuck so that could be a bigger issue. Fingers crossed tho!

As wild as it sounds my intention was to DIY it. I currently have the compur-rapid off a Voightlander Brillant disassembled and awaiting a little more cleaning, if I can manage to figure out how the one weird spring goes and get it back together I'm gonna take a crack at the Copal-MX on the C.

As wild as it sounds my intention was to DIY it. I currently have the compur-rapid off a Voightlander Brillant disassembled and awaiting a little more cleaning, if I can manage to figure out how the one weird spring goes and get it back together I'm gonna take a crack at the Copal-MX on the C.
From everything I know though their TLRs are pretty good quality and you csn sometimes find them for actually quite reasonable prices!

Found a guy selling the C on fb marketplace for $100. Found the shutter was not working so I offered him $65 and he took it.
Joke might be on me though because after further examination I think it might be less gunked up/stuck and more uh...damaged >_> but we'll find out at some point!

I adore foxes for how they straddle the line between "fluffy lil bean" and "wild creature with pointy teeth" and I feel like something that hits that in your art style would be absolutely top tier.
Really tho anything fox or probably wolf too has my interest.
