Slowly converting my home office, which I never use anymore, into the retro entertainment (& craft) room. Bought the Zenith CRT off a friend last summer for $100. PS3 is backwards compatible. Hunting for box sets of Murder She Wrote seasons 5, 7-8, 10-12. Also special ext. ed. DVD FoTR and RotK.

I got up at 6:30am yesterday and made these babies. Pumpkin still needs perfecting, was a little blah this year. Pecan was awesome, adding walnuts was a big brain move and balanced the sweetness, but could have used like 3 more minutes in the oven.

Man I miss Dotonbori

We continue to build up our physical media collections of things we loved but lost or never had the opportunity to get physically before. I’m kicking myself for selling my entire Animorphs collection in 2007 out of desperation when my dad threatened to not give me college tuition help.

I walked into Target today and was convinced this sign said “Holiday Hell.”

Taro and I are on the same wavelength this morning.

Enjoying as much of Indiana false fall as I can. Crochet, tea, an audiobook on my front porch, overlooking my unfinished flowerbed project and all the weeds I need to pull.
