I’ve just removed a wall of cafferata plaster and straw blocks from a 1930s uk house. Straw acting like steel rods and lightening brick and total plaster. Built in insulation. Not what I was expecting!

Good to see this list of ICB duties in one place. On the ‘Duty as to promoting integration’ is that the closest mention of VCSE sector: “health-related services or social care services” ?

Sounds like you’re arguing against democracy now though. 😂 Plus Combined authorities are not individuals by any means - it’s 12 elected leaders in GM, a set of partnerships (incl VCFSE) and appropriate scrutiny structures. Subsidiarity is just about increasing the likelihood.

Working in partnership with NHS at the moment is extremely challenging given the financial situation. Feels like we are playing extreme alpine football and pretending we are just on a normal pitch.
