Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always loved books. I volunteered as a library helper in elementary school, later worked as a library media tech as an adult, and I’ve filled my home with shelves of books for my kids and myself, all because stories are important to me.

I'm so bummed. 😪 I grew up listening to his music, even went to see him in concert once. His music has been a big part of my life. RIP Ozzy. I guess you finally went home.

This little pig had an emergency bath today. He was not only covered in stickers and seeds, it smelled and looked like he rolled in horse poop! Ugh

What a fantastic way to end a not so great month! I've been busy revising & sitting on some writing news(hope to make an announcement soon). Then hubby got laid off.😱 Then this weekend we celebrated my birthday🎉 & today, I received honorable mention in @viviankirkfield 's #50preciouswords contest!

My mom just told me one of the saddest things I've ever heard about my dad. They planned to renew their vows after 10 years, so he bought a nice new white suit for the occasion. Then my father passed from cancer. My mother buried him in that suit. Now I can't stop thinking about my poor mom.😭

Tonight was a night my hubby and I needed for a while. Tonight we watched John Malkovich in the music critic in Austin and it was wonderful!!! We laughed, we enjoyed the music, and we had a nice relaxing evening.❤️
