There is hope after all! I’ve had many conversations with many teacher friends and they have all mentioned a decline in students’ reading levels since covid. Hopefully more school districts will ban the use of cellphones in school. www.wweek.com/news/schools...

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always loved books. I volunteered as a library helper in elementary school, later worked as a library media tech as an adult, and I’ve filled my home with shelves of books for my kids and myself, all because stories are important to me.
