I read a book. Storm Front by Jim Butcher. I know it's a really popular series. I liked it! I think it's like 20 years old or more. 18 other books in the series.
Basically: Modern Day Wizard Detective in Chicago fights Magic Crime, blows shit up, gets paid, has problems. Pulp Noir-ish but funny.

Any “VR is dead” people out there. You need to meet the group of students I know who LOVE VR, want to create worlds and don’t care if it’s profitable. That’s how I know the future is bright. They are unbounded by ROI.
