Sounds like he shares my sentiment.

I don't associate with the flag or adorn my surroundings with them, because frankly I'd be embarrassed to be associated with the type of person who most often does cover everything with the flag.

Its not a mark of pride. Its a warning beacon. Gammons be here.

It baffles me the IEA are still given any creedence after their poster child Liz Truss nearly flat-lined the economy.

Still see newspapers referencing them as if they're a reliable and trustworthy source of economic criticism.

Its like asking arsonists for their opinion on fire safety.

I'm paraphrasing something I saw in an article a few years ago, spoken by a scientist who was asked why he dressed the way he did.

"Everyone who ever lied to me professionally wore a suit"

Whatever symbol it was supposed to be years ago, its now just a facade. A costume to hide the real person.

He's a full on narcassist whos not as clever as he believes. Also way less clever than a lot of people believe.

The mans been riding on the shoulders of others for years and pretending it was his work, although this was all behind closed doors.

Now he's livestreamed his inadequecy.

Yet again Liz Truss the self proclaimed "Believer in free speech" is trying to muscle someone into silence.

Its only proper "Free Speech" if they aren't pointing out your previous disasterous ideas eh?

"In my experience, when you tell yourself you only have 10 minutes, some kind of internal clock kicks in"

In my experience, I wake up at 1AM with a hungry cat patting my face.

Also good to keep reminding people that Farage's comment on the Truss budget was "the best since 1986".

He seems to have a knack for supporting economic timebombs.

This was pretty much my thought on the matter.

Inflation from 2020 - 2024 was near enough a 25% jump in prices, but wages didn't go up by anywhere near that much in the same period.

Less disposable income, less customers.

Neither of them have any realistic or serious policies, and I think people are finally bored of them shouting about "boat people".

Have to find something else to keep them in the media spotlight.

Unfortunately they know nuance is lost on the average Mail reader.

Tories and their tabloids favourite line for their last 14 years was "The last Labour government..." when referencing issues. Now they're just going to swap to "the current Labour government".

Looks like he could do with a milkshake to wash that down

I feel theres another level to this...

St. Nicholas church. Santa is St. Nicholas (supposedly).

Did that Vicar just tell the kids that the Saint the church is named after isn't real?

Bold move Father. Bold move.

Off the top of my head...

The £160K Tennis match Boris had with the wife of a Russian banker, who had close ties with Putin.

Put an ex-KGB officers son in the House of Lords.

Met same KGB officer son in Italy while Foreign sec, alone, because Boris ditched his security detail.

Boris knew.

How do we go about making a law that has "Majority of farmers voted for this!" stamped on the screen over anything caused by Brexit?

Feels like far too many proponents of Brexit get away with pretending they didn't shoot themselves in the foot when it comes to negative impacts on them.
