A new app at a Hilton offers to tip the staff via a QR'd app. Yea! Don't always carry cash. Imagine my surprise when my $5 tip went to $6.15 because of the CFT, "convenient for them", fee that GRAZZY (the app) adds! +~20%!! I'm sorry to the housekeepers, but never again. Shame on HILTON!!! 😠
