Spoke with a couple SLPs at Prismatic Speech Services and after explaining my whole deal they don't think I need to see an ENT. They also seemed to have competency with and understanding of disability (and LongCovid specifically). So fingers crossed.
Seattle Voice Lab and an SLP are refusing to treat me until I see an ENT. For throat pain, chest pain, lightheadedness. It's a bit of a relief to have them finally take my disability seriously. Alas I am 95% certain the ENT will look at my throat and tell me I'm perfectly 'healthy'.
