Imagine being a small business with debt, that you used to import products you had manufactured in china. In the time it took to make the products, tariffs were added, that more than doubled your cost. They are crushed

I've been struggling with self-worth. I do things not so much because of what is right but more because of I'm afraid to be alone... but at that same time am I really or am I longing for the isolation that I hate but crave,,, life is complex and ugly... thoughts...

Just had a session with my psychologist. I suppose it's a win when I'm down to a session every 6-8 weeks compared to the twice a week when I was at my lowest. I'm a self-confessed misanthrope - I don't see humanity going in the right direction.

New to the platform. Just had a birthday and surprisingly for the first time in years I'm not experiencing the "I'm OLD" doldrums even though I am "getting up there".
