The perception of you, a transgender woman, as a woman is still very much enough for you to be discriminated against and bring legal action. This is expressly stated in the ruling docs.

I’ve now written to my MP @kimjohnsonmp.bsky.social to urge them to support and help fight for an amendment to the Equalities Act 2010 to explicitly include protections for trans people at least equal to those under the previous interpretation of the bill.
