Hello, I'm Volodymyr. I run a software development company AgileVision.io, enjoy hacking, and from time to time post here some interesting finds or my day-to-day tools.

Posts here are my personal opinion and not some LLM hallucinations.
Sharing a call summary generated by an AI tool on a call being processed by another AI tool. Now I'm curios if spinning top will actually stop if I try.

This is the first time I vibe-coded something. The problem was annoying, but too small to spend a lot of time on it. World, please meet openinnewtab.com.

You can paste a list of URLs to visit (e.g. LinkedIn) and navigate by using only the "Enter" key.

OMG, LinkedIn has an auto-reply for DMs feature! The world will never be the same. How could I have missed this?

Found this in my lecture for university students back in 2020-2021... Does it still make sense? What do you think?

Deployment even of an official/recommended container images can include critical vulnerabilities. We have automated tests for every deployment, to ensure nothing falls through cracks.

Does your development team check third-party components? Do they have evidence to support that claim ?

Are you sure you can trust your "DevOps guy"? The trend people using LLMs to "fake it till you make it" is concerning.

In my company ensuring each team member receives a proper training is the part of the onboarding. We never make shortcuts for which our clients have to pay. That's our promise.

In AI adoption, strategy comes first, and tools should be secondary. Putting tools first, is like taking a microscope with you on a hike instead of a bottle of water because it looks cool.

AI can improve customer experience. AI can also be just a part of your marketing strategy. There is nothing wrong with it.

More hype around AI -> More adoption -> More technology advancements. What do you think? Blog post link is in the first comment.

@mistralai.bsky.social Hey, I think #LeChat is having a moment, getting 429 when trying to sign-in.

Zip Ties - A Microsoft Excel of Engineering. The only competitor to duct tape, a complement of WD40.

IoT + Data science + Robotic Arm + Zip Ties = a very interesting project we are working on.

The best way to ruin someones productivity is to remind them there is a theory called "Ballmer's Peak"... Happy Saturday

Just wanted say this for a while. A person who placed the power off button at the bottom of #Kindle doesn’t read books.

Oh, what a nice coincidence. #ChatGPT app icon is broken on my Mac, so when I do fullscreen screensharing, they won't know I'm using it

I was going to write some smart-ass post about New Year resolutions, and other BS.

Instead, here is some practical advice if you are building something and wondering which database engine to use: just use PostgreSQL.

You are welcome to prove me wrong in comments.

So I have my own community. It's invite-only and we don't invite anyone to date. Guess the topic of the community? Hint: it's NOT about AI and startups...

If you a large corporation, you for sure can afford:
- poor UX
- paying enterprise customers to be 15-th in the queue after convincing a chat bot you need to talk to a human being
- three levels of escalation before the issue is resolved
- anything else that woud literally kill a small startup

One thing I hate about #AWS #ECS is it being fucking slow. This is sometimes simply unbearable.

That awkward moment when you wanted to create an SNS topic and also recreated an RDS cluster on dev. #AWS #CDK has it's own ways of surprising people.

The simplicity of creating extensions in #VisualStudioCode using #AL for #MicrosoftDynamicsBusinessCentral is really surprising. Almost instant deployment to the cloud sandbox.

On the bright side, locally-run LLMs, possibly on embedded devices solves many privacy problems. For example, now you don't need to stream the whole thing to cloud and analyze - you can identify relevant topics of interest, transform those to text and save bandwidth for spyware!
