I give myself 20 minutes to go back to sleep in the middle of the night. More than 20 I get too antsy to succeed. I've viewed this as flaw of my own impatience but my fitness tracker has validated it takes me an average of 16 minutes to fall asleep. Guess who woke up at 3:45am this morning?

We had Tikka Masala last week and I was surprised I could smell it on my hands after I washed them. I finished it Friday but still smelled it on my hands again after a white pizza. I realized I put out a new soap last week and it's Gingerbread. It's really ginger-forward and I'm going to buy more.
