Forbes billionaires list has a philanthropy rating of 1-5. Mackenzie Scott, Warren Buffet, Melinda Gates, Bill Gates, a couple others get top rating: 5. They are not the richest. Lots of very rich--funded by tax breaks therefore taxpayers--rated 1. Shameful. Tech bros.

Interesting. On @thecity's FAQNYC podcast with Harry Siegel, @katiehonan.bsky.social and Dr. Christina Greer, election night they spoke with Ben Max -- and Harry said Cuomo's speech was an angry not-concession (did he ever call Mamdani?) and maybe he'd run for governor again.
