Was very pleasantly surprised by Eternal Strands. A weird mix of monster hunter, shadow of the colossus and breath of the wild with its own unique twists.

Voice acting is excellent, and the story is solid. Given it's the studios first game they did a great job.

Bit of a recency bias but I don't really care.

Astro Bot was a decent game but it absolutely did not deserve the sweep it got. It does almost nothing original within the genre, it only took good parts from other platformers and jumbled it together.
I'm happy a DLC didn't win, but if any platformer deserved this level of recognition, it's Crash 4

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has been a wonderful experience so far, exceeding all my (rather limited) expectations.
Side quests/exploration flows amazingly into the main story, which is also fantastic.
Bethesda continues to publish bangers, excluding games made by their own studio lol.

Tried Marvel Rivals, uninstalled it shortly after. As someone that generally mains support in most games, the experience without role queue reminds me a lot of early Overwatch. Being the solo support is such an unrewarding, stressful experience, and most games have 4+ duelists and maaybe 1 tank.
