Gaetz' backing out of the running for AG is a big sign that even in this new Trump era, your voice matters. When you see injustice or corruption, do not let anyone silence you. Get loud. Make noise. We won't win every battle, or even most, but you won't win any at all if you don't try.

The United States has a population of 346,148,608 people at this moment. Nearly 350 million and this is the guy we’re inaugurating as president? These are the people being nominated to “lead” our nation? We have a lot of work to do to fix a system in which such reckless incompetents rise to the top.

It should be emphasized just how obscene the Gaetz nom is. He's unqualified, unfit, & was recently investigated for sex trafficking. He faces accusations of paying for sex & sexual misconduct w/ a minor. That there's even a chance he gets confirmed as the top law enforcement official is shameful.
