Run the numbers on YouTube shorts, the percent of folks that watch to the end is tiny. And the percentage of those who take action instead of watching the next short is smaller.

So what's the point?

You can still make shorts with intent — ones that are shocking, controversial, cool, and human.

Last year I struggled with back pain thanks to rushing heavy deadlifts and squats.

This block I feel much better, DOMS has been low and it’s all coming along for a good strength block.

Onward 💪

After an OK block of marathon training but no fall marathon, I was feeling a bit directionless in training.

The fall grey came on strong and I quickly pivoted to a little strength + bulk block.

Gaining was easy thanks to the marathon training appetite. Gained ~3.5kg over ~6 weeks.
