I think frying up the beef hash could have improved the visuals and flavor, perhaps adding a third egg, and maybe some salsa con queso, but overall this tamago kake, loco moco, breakfast bowl thing seems entirely edible to me, even if it looks kinda gross.

It just needed mixed better. Though I wonder if I should use the water in the can of corn in the rice next time?
