i have spent all day in the kitchen and loved every minute.
made kimchi, pastry, onion jam, and about to start putting together a winter vegetable tart.

yes! think one of my favourite flavour combos is deep pepper in cornish pasty plus sweet swede.
thinking about doing a root vegetable and mushroom stew with tons of pepper.

two-thirds swede to one-third celeriac. mashed it, mixed with a sautéed leek and crumbled caerphilly cheese. formed into cakes a fried. served with leftover spiced red cabbage and cranberry sauce.
