Obviously there’s more to it than these two documents (looking into administrative and case law has been really interesting), but good to have a Minister talking about how to do it right. questions-statements.parliament.uk/written-ques...

getting the training in for appreciating *whatever* wales do at next year’s six nations.

don’t see the appeal of buying a robot to do your chores, why on earth would i spend my leisure time project-managing a clanker

Just realised that quote doesn’t capture what I wanted to highlight, which is exactly what you said. The better quote is this one! (They also talk about artifacts being transient, like ideas...)

Great day visiting West Oxfordshire District Council’s planning people. So much context picked up across the entire lifecycle of a piece of planning information.

There is nothing quite like getting out of the building and observing your users.

Had a phenomenal time in the Spanish Pyrenees on the GR11. Such a glorious place.

Home unexpectedly early with an injury. Walking down slippery snow-covered mountains is hard, who knew?!

Went to go see this massive 17th-C boat. They spent many months and a wad of cash building it.

Sank within 15 minutes of launching because there wasn’t enough ballast, there were too many portholes, and a light gust of wind keeled it over.

There is a product lesson in there but I’m on hols 🍻

passed this in stockholm today. something about counting horses?

In Stockholm you can connect your bus pass to your bank ID, in case you lose your phone. Would be a nice bit of security that GOV.‌UK Wallet could offer.

(Need to read up on how Wallet and One Login allow you to retrieve accounts when you lose a device used for MFA.)
