One of the reasons I left the U.S.A. for Scotland thirty years ago is because Scotland offers a wonderful, nonprofit healthcare service. Imagine how much healthier the U.S.A. could be!

One of the reasons I left the U.S.A. for Scotland thirty years ago is because Scotland offers a wonderful, nonprofit healthcare service. Imagine how much healthier the U.S.A. could be!
We all grow up with such strong, unconscious beliefs about the world, that it can be hard to see the world as it is. Reality shakes those beliefs. Some of us are grasping tighter, some are letting go. Maybe most of us are doing both. Let's be gentle with ourselves as we navigate these times 💗

Yesterday, my partner and I climbed the sixth highest peak in Britain. Less than a year after his heart attack, Paul is shining with health and vitality. Nature reminds us that self-renewal is the way of life. Connecting with the sacred is a way of healing our world.
