#Alien Covenant. Mixed bag for me. It wants to be both a followup to Prometheus and a more traditional Alien film, but it never fully commits to either. The push and pull leaves it feeling uneven, and as someone who genuinely liked Prometheus, it doesn’t land as a worthy follow-up. #movies

My copy of the classic #JohnCarpenter film Prince of Darkness arrived today. While it may not be one of my personal favorites of his, I genuinely believe it’s an underrated movie in his filmography.
