a week later, my typing speed is getting back to where it was, though my accuracy isnt great. i also absolutely fold when i have to type certain symbols, mostly because i am not used to using layers yet.. i also have a cool keycap set now!

Hi! I added a writeup on using Vertex Colours as your RGBA mask in Blender with Poiyomi for #VRChat avatars! It makes it possible to add colour swapping on your avatar with zero extra textures, and allows you to easily tile normal maps for low vram usage, but high res looking textures! Link below ⤵️

to add to combining textures and shaders for optimizations, you can use vertex colours to create masks for RGBA and other situations in poiyomi, eliminating the need for one in the first place.

here's what I was able to do with that + one detail texture and 128x tiled normals, apx ~4mb vram
