The government was right to welcome Ukrainian refugees fleeing war.

There is only one reason that people in Gaza, displaced by a genocide that our government abetted, are treated differently.

That reason is anti-Palestinian racism.

Can’t understand why so many relatively poor people seem to believe that a few mega-wealthy “businessmen” are on their side. Isn’t it obvious that those poorer people are poor because of the wealthy exploiters, not because of other, even poorer people? Is it so hard to admit you’ve been conned?

Surely it’s time for everyone to recognise that Musk is quite unwell. Rather than disturbing him further with outraged and prolonged engagement with his deranged comments, wouldn’t it be better to ignore them so that he can calm himself and hopefully seek treatment. His conduct is not normal.

The government has told elderly & disabled people to wait until 2028 to hear its plan for social care.
