I've been fully checked over. R was a bit worried because I had donated plasma this afternoon but don't think that's connected either. Just a bug out of the blue! At least I was home.

Unfortunately that story had a sad ending. I had such a violent gastro attack that R called the ambulance. It did feel like a truly near-death experience but I'll live 🙏🏻 I doubt the chips were to blame but it might be a while before I succumb again!
