yeah lots of things can fuck up the ability to read imo, I think it might actually be pretty fragile. social media made reading more difficult for me and then reading science/eng papers all the time wrecked my capacity to read non-technical work even further. can currently read about an hour a

people with lc or mecfs experience increased susceptibility to viral infections. it’s actually in the ME-ICC criteria, considered by many to be the most accurate diagnostic criteria.

honestly I’d recommend taking tests for covid and the flu. a few months after I got lc I had a sudden flare after a lot of improvement and I was also trying to figure out if I was having a for real crash, but it turned out I had covid again. this is a seriously under characterized issue but a lot of

no yeah me too, I’m also invested in a strong left. hm tbh just being around online disability discourse (not even participating really) has me pretty burned out and uncharitable and isolated about this stuff. not sure if I ever mentioned this but I spent a lot of time reading about disability
