Around the bed there are some cushions, non-descriptive articles of clothing, hints of Emmy's gas masks besides her and a multicolored folded blanket. Emmy ignores the camera, showing her profile to us. Her red hairs falling to her shoulders, pretty curls defined as the strands reach their end, some hiding features of her face. We don't see her eyes. She has her mouth slightly open, showing her teeth behind her round lips. It is difficult to read her expression. One could say she's concerned. Maybe she's just in resting bitch face mode. Or maybe she was thinking about something, like ''Why the hell did I do so many dabs? Are they even funny anymore? Is it future or is it past?''. Across her face and the picture there is a big bold red line. It crosses the height of her head coinciding with her eye level. Everything inside that block of red looks bright, blurred, inverted. It symbolizes not only Emmy wanting to save her (sort of) face reveal for later, but more importantly represents her rage against fascism, TERFs, SWERFs and everyone trying to bring down sex workers. The world is in a terrible state right now, but she has in mind there's a fight that has to be fought or else.
