Unless we plan to modify our society on the whole to suit all types of learners, workers, etc, the tool that is medication is incredibly useful in👏conjunction👏with👏 lifestyle modification/supports. It is not a binary, and this piece is going to do direct and tremendous harm.

For my first Bluesky post, I will shout into the ether that my TikTok shut down at 7:30pm PST *while* I was watching a video about how this has all been theater to establish a state media. I suspect Future Me will find this to be significant.
