this is a great point to bring up while talking about trying to eat healthy. A lot of people are influenced by others to eat bad, and they end up eating bad and not sticking to their diet.

Hi Julie. These are great ideas to make your meal more nutrient dense. Salmon is one of my favorite foods so making it more nutrient dense would make we want to eat it even more. @beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Hi Emilia. Being aware of what you eat and making sure you get your breakfast lunch and dinner every day is very important. I love crab rangoons myself, that's a great food to have.
