Interesting thought from Adam.

"So...

Before you go replacing yourself wit generic 'me too' mediocre work.

Remember:

Imperfect and unique, beats perfect and generic every day of the week."

We were sitting watching The Wheel when this Red Storm alert rang loudly on our phones. Scared the BeJeess out of us! Neighbour works for the Met Office says we are only on Amber. The phone alert was wrong. #devon #stormdarragh #darragh

Monitoring what I eat has been essential in helping me reduce my A1c. (and my weight - Lost 11kg) Nutracheck is the app I have been using. It's brilliant and really easy to use. Love the UK centric database. #t2d #diabetes #weightloss

The last 3 months have been hard work with managing my diabetes. Have managed to reduce my A1c to 45 by hitting the gym alongside managing my diet. A big help was the ability to monitor my Blood Sugars via a CGM to keep me on track. #t2d #diabetes
